Additionally, I run The Social Spectrum India, a monthly meetup designed for neurodiverse young adults. This community is geared towards fostering social and vocational skills in an inclusive, engaging environment. Each workshop introduces new activities—ranging from creative arts to movement and skill-building—helping participants connect, explore, and grow together.

Just as we invest in our careers to sustain and enrich our external lives, our emotional and psychological well-being also requires care and attention. Inner work—through self-reflection, awareness, and growth—helps us navigate life with greater clarity and ease.
