Meet Shreya

The world can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I believe in the power of small, meaningful steps toward change. I approach therapy as a space where we reimagine who we are and how we want to live. My work is deeply influenced by my own learning, experiences, and passion for understanding the human mind.

Therapy has been a space for me to learn about others and myself. At first, the world and its problems can seem confusing and overwhelming. But looking deeper, I see that we all want the same things: to be seen, to belong, and to connect. This realization has helped me support others in finding their place and building strong connections with the people around them.

My Learnings

Things That Make Me Feel Safe Outside of My Therapy Space:

▫️ Admiring sunsets

▫️ Short and long walks in nature

▫️ Taking pictures of pretty things

▫️ Smelling flowers in the garden

Not everything needs or can be ‘fixed’, sometimes we just need to be seen and held. A sense of belonging can be the ‘fix’.
